Pricing questions
Do you charge transaction fees?
No - you connect your own Stripe account, and card processing fees are between you and Stripe. MyShopie never takes a cut of your sales.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect any domain with simple CNAME verification, built in.
What happens after the trial?
Your store gracefully pauses and your data is retained for a grace window. Upgrade any time via Stripe embedded checkout - nothing is lost.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Keep your domain and your Stripe. Product import (Excel/CSV with images) is built in - run a trial store in parallel, no big-bang switch.
Is the POS included?
Yes - registers, cashier shifts, barcode scanning, manager overrides, Stripe Terminal, and External Payment devices (multiple card readers on one till) are included from the Retail tier (Starter includes one register).
Do you support German tax / DATEV / TSE?
DATEV export is included on every tier. German TSE fiscalization is a small add-on module (included in Enterprise).
Which currencies and countries?
EUR, AUD and USD today, built for EU and Australian retail. US is a growth market on our roadmap.
