Does MyShopie include AI?
Yes. AI-powered tools are built into the platform - helping with product copy, storefront setup, and everyday work in your dashboard - included in your plan, not sold as a separate app.
Is MyShopie a real POS or a lite add-on?
It is a real POS. You get named registers with permissions, cashier shifts with cash reconciliation, barcode scanning, manager overrides, a full audit trail, Stripe Terminal, and External Payment devices so multiple card readers can attach to the same till - all sharing one inventory with your online store. The POS engine and API are live today; a native cashier app is in active development.
Does MyShopie charge transaction fees on my sales?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and funds flow directly to you, so standard card-processing fees are between you and Stripe. MyShopie never takes a percentage of your sales.
How does MyShopie handle multi-tenancy and data protection?
Each merchant’s data lives in its own per-tenant isolated database, giving clean GDPR data separation rather than a shared multi-tenant table. You also connect your own domain and your own Stripe account, so you own your storefront and payment relationship.
Which payment methods does MyShopie support?
Stripe (Connect and Direct), PayPal, Klarna and buy-now-pay-later, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Stripe Terminal and External Payment devices for in-store, Stripe embedded checkout, SEPA Direct Debit, plus cash, bank transfer, and pay-on-pickup.
Can I sell more than physical products with MyShopie?
Yes. MyShopie’s Flexible Commerce lets one catalog and one checkout sell event tickets, digital downloads, subscriptions, gift cards, and bookable services, each of which is a separate paid app on most platforms and here is simply included.
Is MyShopie compliant for German and EU retail?
Yes. It includes DATEV accounting export, SEPA Direct Debit, and GDPR-friendly per-tenant data isolation out of the box, with German TSE fiscalization available as a compliance module and included on Enterprise.
Can I migrate from another ecommerce platform to MyShopie?
Yes. You keep your own domain and your own Stripe account, and bulk product import via Excel or CSV with images is built in. You can run a trial store in parallel first, so there is no big-bang switch.
Does MyShopie integrate with marketplaces like eBay and Amazon?
eBay is live today. Amazon, Etsy, Google Shopping, and Meta (Instagram and Facebook) are on the roadmap and coming soon, alongside an expanding catalog of app integrations.
What does MyShopie cost?
Pricing is all-inclusive and flat, starting around 29 euros per month for Starter, with Retail at about 99 euros per month including POS, loyalty, promotions, and pickup. There is a 14-day free trial with no card required to start.
