Do I keep my own Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe (Connect or Direct). Card payments land in your account - MyShopie never takes a cut of your sales.
Does MyShopie charge transaction fees?
No. Processing fees are Stripe’s standard rates and go to Stripe; MyShopie adds no platform transaction fee on top.
Which payment methods are supported online?
Stripe embedded checkout on your storefront, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Express Checkout, and SEPA Direct Debit for European buyers. Cash and pay-on-pickup are available for collection.
Can I take card payments in-store?
Yes. Stripe Terminal readers work at the till on the same inventory as your online store, and you can attach multiple External Payment devices to one POS.
Is SEPA supported?
Yes. SEPA Direct Debit is built in for EU retail, not bolted on.
